The Wild Caroler

Fringed holiday hair tie made from velvets and blue + green tartan taffeta. Strewn throughout black velvet and satin  ribbons of magenta, brown, and navy  . The base is a coil hair tie. Expands and has a comfortable grip. The ribbons tangle in a beautiful way, you can zhuzh it up how you want it to fall. The tartan tafeta is naturally frayed as was cut from fabric, it gives it a cozy elegance.
